I started the rapid cleanse at 180lbs and ended at 176 lbs, I really enjoyed the recipe and like the fact I could lose weight in 4 days eating three times a day.

This plan is the bomb! It is a good starting point if you are new to LIN and easy to stick too. With this you lose a significant amount of weight in a short time. I absolutely love this plan.

I started the rapid cleanse on monday 29th june, I was weighing 100.80kg and my hubby 103.30kg after day 4 I weighed 97.70kg and myhubby weighed 99.20...I lost 3.1kg and hubby lost 3.90kg (though we didnt loose any inches on waist,burst or hip) we are happy the scale moved. I am redoing it this week I already started yesterday again after which I will purchase lin dress down..
