Best Choice Ever
The custom meal plan programme is very versatile with delicious options to go for. Initially I felt prepping the meals were cumbersome but once I got past the first week, it became easy sailing. As an individual I operate by results, and I must say after I checked my weight on the second week of starting the program I knew this was the meal plan for me. I slept better, woke up everyday feeling better, I got more active and that paid off in my daily steps. My body feels lighter and it made me realise I was probably eating meals the wrong way or maybe eating the food my body didnβt require. To top this, I had a good follow up coach, Seyi. She was very supportive. I must say that there were days I ate what was not on my food table but Seyi always encouraged me to pick up where I left off. I appreciated the fact that it was a non judgment partnership throughout the program, and I would do this again. Thank you so much, Seyi for the encouragement and motivation, I was so pleased to have lost over 3kg towards the end of the program following a Doctorβs appointment. Even though the program has ended Iβll still incorporate these meals in my daily lifestyle and look to the future for the best. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will do this again.

Hello LIN, i thought the program meals were really good. Delicious, easy to prepare and very good. I did think there could be better hand holding even with the group for accountability.
This was hard
I can do hard things. Lin programmes have been extremely successful for me but not this one. Iβm sorry but it didnβt work for me. At least we were warned that it was hard going in. Too many things required and practically impossible to achieve while living a busy life. It was not a lifestyle choice that I could get behind unlike other LIN programmes. On the positive side, using LIN programmes has resulted in 11.5kg lost since the beginning of LSB to date. Look forward to the next challenge. Thank you and the team for all your hard work.

Good food and very effective
Comments/suggestions
The choices of protein could be more tailored/ inclusive of commonly available and affordable proteins. I like the carbohydrates suggested and impressed by my new βadventureβ with Acha. Generally the plan is good and sustainable which was a major reason I did not persevere at other plans I tried. ππΎππΎ
LIN sure works
This was my first time starting and completing a LIN plan after joining the community right from inception.
The meals were interesting and easy to get, infact i think i had most of the ingredients at home already. It also helped that there were no morning smoothies, so real meals all through.
Lesson learnt- We eat too much in this side of the world. I lost about 4kg in the 3 weeks, had a few snackidents. However i think it messed with my hormones.
Effective
Just want I needed, I Lost 4kg on LIN snap back. I enjoyed the meals too. Thank you Ronke for always creating amazing meal plan's that work.
A journey of discipline
This particular Lin is da bomb full of fiber and protein. I lost a lot during this challenge and I feel much better, Iβm definitely doing it again. Thank you so much Ronke.
