The recipes in this plan were simple to follow and tasty! The introduction of intermittent fasting is really a game changer. I lost quite a hit of weight due to the walking. I was of the opinion before that you needed to do hours of exercise everyday to achieve this but was pleasantly surprised. Well done again Ronke and team 👏

OMG
The first week my waist size went from 31 to 28,the second week my weight dropped from 61kg to 59kg ,i i had to start eating fatty meals outside the plan because i have reached my goal .Amazing!! and the meals are delicious and filling.Welldone LIN always a hit.

The meal plan is AWESOME! It allowed me to understand better ways of eating and cooking my food. Majority of the food in there are things I used to eat but I quickly realized that I’ve been preparing them the wrong way. Best part? The food is still super yummy when I prepare them the LIN way, even my husband couldn’t believe his taste buds 😂😂😂. He had thought we would be eating weird meals 😂😂😂.
For the WhatsApp support, I’m mostly thankful because it helped me stay grounded and track what I am eating. I plan to continue sending myself the daily reports, so I can keep track of what is going inside my body. Bukola was also very pleasant to chat with and she answered my questions and concerns perfectly, I’m grateful to have had her hold my hands through this process. The support really changed things for me because this is not my first time trying a LIN plan but I struggled to keep up in the past. Having the WhatsApp support made me feel the need to eat clean so I can get the thumbs up 😂 and on days when I didn’t comply 100%, I didn’t feel bad about myself because Bukola didn’t stop encouraging me. Thank you so much!

Best protein plan
I love this protein based plan! Yummy and filling meals (snacks inclusive). I lost 3kg on the plan and highly recommend it for anyone struggling with weight loss plateau. Thank you Ronke and the LIN team.
Learning Experience
I learnt a lot during this process. How my body and food relate. The effects of protein on the body. The fact that because it’s chicken doesn’t mean you can over eat, you will still gain. The results of ensuring that you move your body not only during exercise only. It’s a whole lot. I love this program
