I used the LIN rapid cleanse program. I weighed 67kg at the start of the program and even though I was not so consistent, I am down to 64kg now. One thing for sure I have learnt from this program is portion control and eating healthy. Thanks Ronke

Thank you so much for the perfection that is the rapid cleanse plan. The fact that I ate real food for four days and still lost a significant amount of weight is amazing. I went from 86.3kg to 85.7kg and my belly and waist shrinked noticeably.
The plan was so easy to follow and the meals were filling.

The Post partum meal plan has been great for establishing my milk supply.

I really loved this
The only challenging thing is the meal prep but everything else was ‘easy breezy’
