Love the plan , did to follow all the rules , but still worked for me. Was able to adapt most meal to my everyday meal. Now I eat good healthy Nigeria food

I have been on the plan for 3 weeks now. I took a week to get the food stuff needed for the plan. So far i have lost 2kg and my husband has lost 4kg. I was expecting the circumference of my waist to have reduced but so far there is little difference. I am hoping that the remainder of the food plan so be sent will work on my waist. This will upgrade my rating to 5 star.

I really enjoyed the rapid cleanse. Lost 5kg in 4days - was a drastic weight loss. Noticed the second day that I was urinating a lot visiting the loo every 20mins. Would like to know if the cleanse is a fat or water weight loss?
