I absolutely love the food and it really worked for me, a big change in my belly size and my weight although I cheated 🙃 😅 so yh i will buy other plans too and recommend to friends 😊

It’s a great plan but I haven’t been consistent as I have somedays that I just want to eat whatever I want .I lost some few KGS, would have loss more if I just stock to the plan. But it’s great so far

Would have been 5 star if not for the customer care...didn’t find it funny after l had issue and contacted them twice , no response till date.

I haven’t tried any of the food yet and I love the oil-less options, However, with it being a guide I think it could have used more recipes .
