I absolutely loved the plan . There wasn’t any hunger for the most part and I was able to eat all classes of food . I lost a total of 5.1kg an will be moving onto LYW very soon .

Cleanse with Ronke
I did the cleanse with Ronke after Christmas and lost almost 2kg!!! Aside the kilos lost I felt really light after the cleanse which is the main thing for me..
