LIN IN 3 Program

Meals are tasty, easy to follow and I am gradually losing weight (even though I could be more compliant). Only thing is that it would be great to have a few more meals on the plan so that it is less repetitive.Awesome plan though, glad I got it.

I mean, I didn’t follow the plan religiously (kids won’t let me) but I can see results already! Will be doing it every other month.

To be honest I haven’t been committed with it because of light constrains.. I have lost some weight but am still going at my own pace. Plus I cooking Healthier now. Thanks .

This plan worked wonders for me. I’m maintaining my set weight and I lost 3kg in total using this plan. I was 85% compliant and it still reaped its benefits. Don’t sleep on this one.
