Awesome cleanse program that really works. Yes it requires a lot of discipline and focus but I would do it again and again with all my heart. Results were so visible as I lost 4 kg in just 3 days.

The plan actually aids in lactating. Also I think it has been very helpful for me to maintain my weight so far and have enough milk for my 3months old baby as well

The menu should have more meals variety included. Having repeated meals opens up the window to cheat on the diet plan.
