LIN Leaner 14

I have bought literally all the LIN Plans and bought LIN Plans for several people so I know how it works. I never got the WhatsApp link for Leaner14 after I registered. When i emailed LIN, it was sent to me and I was told it had been sent earlier. Sadly I never got it then. Maybe Mail issue, I don’t know. So I started a few days late and it was no fun as I was behind and it ended before I did. The group could have been left open for a few days after maybe. I preferred the TOTAL BLAST and DRESS DOWN is a Winner anyday. LIN in general is great. I have lost 15.5kg and I am over 50. Great work Ronke.

I was not keen on the ponmo and plan said omit with no replacement. Would have liked to replace.
I guess it’s Nigerian diet but again the egusi and Ogbono soups need time to get used to.
But all in all good meals as always to enjoy and not feel like a diet or eating less.

Loved the plan. One of the best since I have been purchasing LIN plans!!!

LIN Rapid Cleanse Plan

The plan was simple to follow and I love that it was 3 weeks eve though that’s still too long for me. I have the Dress down plan but had to buy this when I saw the meals others were posting. I wanted the beans and fish pepper soup 😂😂😂 My best week was week 1 with all the yummy meals, I loved all the meals . Then week 2 was a banger too. Me and soups don’t gel and you took out rice so week 3 I struggled a bit but it was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to loose weight and eat yummy meals 3 times a day 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I really enjoyed the LIN dress down plan as I was able to eat my favorite meals and still lost weight. Started at 85kg and now weigh 79kg after 3 weeks.loosing a total of 6kg. Now I can proceed to subscribe for the LIN guide.
