It was totally amazing, I lost 4kg! I intend to keep doing it every month.

As a first timer, this was a nice way to start my weightloss challenge. I saw a significant positive change in my belly/waistline just in 3 days. I also didnt fell bloated after meals again I am definitely buying the recommended LIN in 3 program to beat this weight off. Thank you Ronke and team

It’s a simple enough quick program to reset a person’s diet and/or kickstart a better diet. And the WhatsApp community was good.

Did the Jumpstart and lost 6lbs in 3 day, all the food were amazing espresso the asunslaw and the servings was pretty generous, definitely a Jumpstart and will be using the other plans to continue my weightloss journey

This program was the kick in the sack that we all need!

My excuse for not wanting to join initially was most coaches hide formular I will be dependent on Lin for ever for weight loss lol …… I soon found out THAT WAS A MYTH here knowledge is king so it was the exact opposite. Food is not the enemy yall!

To be honest, It’s hard to find a programme that wants to empower you and see you win!

In LIN They furnish you with the armoury to do so and that for me was everything.

My group was lit! That fellowship aspect was a winner for me too!

Now im considering the belly blast program!

I looked forward to every meal. I can say for a fact that this plan appealed to everything I would crave for on a diet so it was easy to stick to. Every meal was a HIT back to back😂
This is plan took the cup from LDD for me but LDD will always be a fave.
