I really enjoyed this challenge, the food we got to eat were amazing and filling. The results too were amazing. This program is one of my best LIN programs. I have registered for group 2 also, that's how good I enjoyed it.

This plan was the bomb…the very first plan I will participate in without messing it up over the weekend and that’s because the meals were top notch…I was not hungry unnecessarily…I am continuing the plan even though the program is done. Well done LIN. I appreciate you.
