This 7 day challenge was effective. I lost about 2kg and waistline reduced by about 1.5inches by the end of the program. Detailed instructions were given, a WhatsApp group support system available with access to the moderator and I liked most of the recipes. I would definitely recommend it.

The program is a great jumpstart on your weight loss journey. The meals are so yummy and awesome.
