I joined the LIN tummy down. It was a 37 waist size .. after the program was a 34! The meals are delicious too. Loved it! Would recommend

I did the 7 days challenge and lost 2.3kg weight and 2inches around my waist line. I was not 100% compliant.

I started this week because we had our Canadian Thanksgiving the upper week when the program started. So far I feel very good. I feel very light. My husband joined the diet plan with me for support. He likes it so much. He said we should continue for another 1 week. The meals are easy to cook and the foods are tasty too. I wasn't too sure of what to expect at the beginning. I am happy i got the plan Good job Ronke. I will be buying another plan soon. God bless.

This program was fun and I lost a total of 5kgs at the end of one week. One of the most interesting part of the program is the community of people in the same boat as you, we got to bounce off each other’s daily wins and challenges. That really helped. Overall it’s a great program ❤️
