Although not followed 100% but this plan has enabled me to maintain a good diet and eating habit. I've lost a few pounds and still in to loose more and loosing weight with Nigerian foods is an unbelievable experience for me.

For a picky eater like me I was surprised I could handle most of the meals. They tasted great. All you need is discipline. I must confess I fell short a couple but I made up for it and I will be doing this whole meal plan again in coming days . I love the results I am seeing
