The best Cleanse plan in my opinion. Easy to follow. Tasty meals. Lost 4kg. Didn't feel deprived, not one bit. Will repeat whenever I need to.

It cleansed my stomach a lot, but did not notice weight loss

I lost 1kg after doing the plan. The meals are delicious and filling- I love food yet I found myself unable to finish some of the portions! Officially one of my favorite LIN cleanses.

I would have preferred if the food time table is like the previous program I’ve joined. Having two breakfast to choose from was very indecisive for me personally.
