LIN Rapid Cleanse Plan

The LIN Belly lift,is now my new favourite, the plan works like magic. Not only did i lost inches around my belly area,i also loss total body weight.

I'm still using the plan and all Lin Plans are fab and practical.

this is magic. i can't believe what my body is experiencing within a very short period of starting this challenge. Abeg which BABA do this jazz for una? you guys are the best.

Belly lift plan is a great plan. Meal prep is easy and the meals are delicious. The lift drink for me, is the highlight of this plan, it is sweet and keeps me satiated. I take it after the last meal of the day and it prevents the usual craving for a midnight snack. I lost 3kg and 2 inches off my belly. Great job LIN team

I have been a LINer since 2016. And own a couple of plans. For this one. I was 90% consistent for 6days and I lost 2kg and 2inches off my belly. So I would give if 5 stars. I love LIN. Thanks Ronke

Loved this plan! Probably my fav of the LIN plans. I was eating good food while still achieving my fitness goals. I didn’t feel like I was punishing myself. I decided to repeat this plan for another week. Thank you LIN team.
