It’s been an awesome journey on LIN Rapid Cleanse and LIN Tummy Trimmer. I must acknowledged it has helped me to cut on all my bad habits. However, I’m trusting the process, not in a hurry at all because my Tummy is very bloated. I weight was 236.5lbs but today I weight 225lbs. That’s was a resounding victory for me. And was able to fit most of my Jean now. Tnx and Kudos to the LIN teams.

It was pretty easy to follow. Lost 2kg. Farted less.. hehehe. Felt much lighter as well

I didn’t start immediately when I bought the plan but I started last week and I’m in my second week. I did rapid cleanse first before LDD. So far it has been an amazing weight loss journey with LIN plans that I have. People are even telling me that isn’t it ok but I keep telling them till I achieve my goal. I’m size 14 now and my weight scale is slow in dropping but I don’t allow it to discourage me. As far as I’m seeing my clothes are becoming big on me that’s what matters.

I wasn't 100%complaint with the measurement & with very little exercise,lost 4kg in 3weeks.I love the fact that you can enjoy the regular meal (with a twist) while losing weight.

The plan was easy to follow and felt lighter. The team were approachable as well and was able provide substitute to some of the meals I don't eat. I will definitely recommend LIN.
