Lost about 3.5kg on this plan. Will recommend it to anyone over again

The meal preparations is short and easy which made it very friendly.
Hubby and I did it together and he’s thoroughly impressed.
He lost much more weight than he even expected and felt better for it.

The rapid cleanse was amazing I wanted to do it for 2 weeks but I fell sick with malaria and typhoid hoping I will be able to restart by Monday
