Before the Lin better challenge, I had friends and customers asking if I was pregnant, I felt so bad about the weight gain during the lock down. So immediately I saw Lin Better I just knew it's was my perfect opportunity. After two weeks everybody that saw me wanted to know what I used. I just had to introduce them to the next Lin better. Am so happy I was able to join, it's been a blessing till now.

I loved the fit better plan! Especially the pancake & egg wraps, they’ve become my go to breakfast these days. All the recipes are straightforward and easy to follow. Lin plans never feel like a diet. Thanks coach Ronke!

This plan is a hit with the yam porridge, Mango Shake and the build your Gari part. A good and sustainable plan too.

Like every other LIN plan, quick shred was a good and effective plan. My favorite meal was the ofada sauce and ofada rice. I didn't have to use the oil at all yet it was delicious. Now I can enjoy my ofada sauce without guilt.
