Haven been a LIN Addict , this quickshred took it to another level . The food was so easy to cook, tasteful , natural and I was dropping. Despite my hormonal issues and drugs I dropped 4kg and my Doctor is surprised . Quick fast shredder 🙌🏽.

I love the cheat days as it helps us learn to plan our meals better on our own and also makes the challenge not to restrictive.

I absolutely loved it. Might be my best plan so far. I’m definitely redoing, and incorporating the meals into my weekly meal plans.
