LIN Rapid Cleanse Plan

All your plans are amazing but this one was more encouraging because eof the group and the patience of the admin. I must say it did wonders and I have restarted with my rapid cleanse. Thank you so much. This is knowledge that shows you worked for and God bless you for it

I lost 4lbs in a week,though I cheated despite that I still lost weight. The juice has become my addiction.

I purchased LIN 3 last month. This is my fifth week in LIN. Weighed myself today and was wowed. I do not wanna believe I lost all that weight in one month. I started at 93kg and was 86.9kg today even with some struggles. Lin is really the way forward. Thanks to Ronke for this. I definitely recommend lin to whoever that wanna loose weight.

This is a plan we will keep going back to once in a while. We loved the meals and hubby lost 2lbs. I also lost 2lbs and believe I would have lost more if circumstances beyond my control didn't make me stop the plan after 2days. Good job Ronke!

I found that in terms of my % of compliance against a previous LIN plan, I was readily compliant with this plan. I think that the structure will go a long way if you find yourself eyeing/wanting to eat non-LIN foods during the plan duration *wink*.
With discipline, you will truly see great results.
