I did the rapid clensing from Monday to Thursday & oh my goodness my bloating was gone. My tummy went down a little bit more. I did not plan to loose weight but guess what I lost 1lbs just in 4 days. Buy this plan & you won’t regret it if you follow the instructions.

Dear LIN, the Rapid cleanse is a brilliant work. The only shortcoming i encountered is the Cleanse juice which was highly acidic (pineapple, lemon and ACV) for me as i have Acid Reflux issues. Is there a subtle alternative for the cleanse juice as i want to repeat the cleanse again?

It's works if adhere to the plan .

I’m currently on the rapid cleanse plan and I find the meals interesting. Although it’s very easy to slip, I’ve found a way to make myself accountable. I’ve got 2more days and I’ll then take my measurements to know how well I’ve done.
