With meals that are filling yet help you eat healthy. I'm always happy to purchase every new plan Ronke releases because I know I'll always get more than my money's worth.

LIN Rapid Cleanse Plan

The plan, as always, was really great. I am a lin fan and I didn't expect less. I'm giving 4 stars cos I struggled to eat the spicy slaw.

I lost about 2kg in total and that's cos I struggled a lot. Was mentally out of it and cheated. LDD beta is still my fave tho😁😁

This was my first time trying anything from LIN and I must admit, I went in skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try out others . Thanks a lot.

Rapid Cleanse!
At first i was hesitant, as i wasn't willing to embark on a cleanse that required me to drink water and inhale oxygen only.
The RC is anything but that. I ate real food, i never felt starved and my ulcer did not flare up (this was a major concern for me), i improved my relationship with food, i saved money and i lost weight.
It is definitely a worthwhile plan and i would recommend it to everyone.

The plan was easy to follow, especially because i did not have to give up any food group to partake in it. The ingredients (and their substitutes) were easy to find and the recipes were very straightforward. The portions were adequate and i never felt starved throughout the process.
The lessons learned will stay with me for a long time.
This was definitely a worthwhile experience.
